SAFE HANDS THROUGH THREE GENERATIONS
In 1919 George Lambert founded his carrier business.

With his Model T Ford he would meet the trains at the local station to collect all the groceries and other commodities for delivery to the surrounding village stores.

Driving around the Sussex Villages George Lambert was often asked to move household goods and complete homes, so grew the removals side of the business.

At the age of 36, Colin Lambert took over the running of the business from his father.

In 1977 Colin's only son Neal joined the company.

Two years later Neal passed his HGV class 1 driving license and the removals business really started to expand.
In 1992 Neal took over the running of the business with his Dad's help.

In June 1994 the freehold yard on the main road in the village was sold as the fleet was beginning to outgrow the parking area available.

Alongside domestic removals and storage the company is operating a fleet of vehicles throughout Europe undertaking export work and is expanding rapidly into trade fair and exhibition logistics.

The company now has storage warehouses at Fernhurst and Passfield accommodating 12,500 square feet.
